Mikhail Myatlikov gave a lecture to students of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus
12 November 2025

The Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry spoke to future managers about the activities of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in increasing Belarusian exports.

Our country has created a well-structured system of export support: financial and non-financial. Financial support rests on three pillars – Decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 466, 534, and 412. Regarding non-financial support, Resolution No. 474-dsp of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated July 24, 2023, established specialized institutions for export promotion, including the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

 The Chamber's main tools include:

• organizing exhibitions and fairs;

• conducting business visits, missions, and organizing presentations;

• organizing congresses, conferences on current foreign economic topics, business forums, and B2B meetings;

• the Chamber's international cooperation – meetings of business councils, interaction with the BelCCI's foreign partners and BelCCI representatives abroad;

• legal assistance to exporters;

• obtaining certificates for manufactured products, etc.

Mikhail Myatlikov, speaking in detail about each area, noted that, based on the preliminary results of exhibition events abroad, exhibiting companies signed cooperation documents totaling 45 million rubles. In 2024, the BelCCI organized 90 business visits abroad and 80 business missions to Belarus, effectively three events per week.

The BelCCI also continues to verify Belarusian products listed on the Wildberries and Ozon online stores. To date, 14,611 products have been verified.

The lecture continued with an open dialogue. Students were interested in what new initiatives the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) will implement to increase Belarusian exports to international markets, how the work of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) has changed since the onset of sanctions and the pandemic, how the Chamber's youth support mechanism is structured, and what the prospects for cooperation with South Asian countries are.
